Prices and payment:

  1. The prices of Services advertised for sale on our Site are as set out on the pages as advertised. All prices are in pounds (£) sterling. Delivery  charges are included in the product price for delivery in the U.K. Delivery charges will be advised if outside the U.K.

  2. Prices may change at any time prior to (but not after) acceptance of your order.

  3. We cannot accept your order until you have paid for it in full.

  4. In the unlikely event that the price of an item has been incorrectly advertised on our Site, we will contact you by email or telephone to ask whether you  wish to proceed with the order at the correct price. If you are unhappy to proceed or we are unable to obtain your instructions, we will cancel the order. Unless we have already confirmed dispatch of your order, we will not be obliged to supply Services at the incorrect price.

 

Returns & Exchange:

Please note that refunds and exchange are not available on Hair systems, semi-permanent installs, clip-in extensions installed in person due to hygiene.

If your colour match isn’t perfect or you aren’t 100% satisfied with your Uniquely You purchase you can request a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

If your purchase was made online you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Returns On Hair Systems:

Uniquely You does not do refunds or exchange on Hair Systems installed due to hygiene. If you are unhappy with your hair system or simply decide is is too much commitment for you within 14 days of your service, we will happily remove your hair system at no additional cost.

Returns On Semi Permanent Installs:

Uniquely You does not do refunds or exchange on Semi-permanent extensions installed due to hygiene. If you are unhappy with your semi-permanent extensions or simply decide they’re too much commitment for you within 14 days of your service, we will happily remove your extensions and turn them into clip-ins at no additional cost.

Delivery :

Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery, which is by Royal Mail Recorded delivery. Your tracking number will be sent to your once your item has been dispatched. 

Maintenance :

It is not Uniquely You's responsibility for the maintenance of your hair pieces. All products come with a maintenance leaflet or email for guidance. In the leaflet or email there are instructions on how to maintain your pieces on washing and styling them. Guidance for the semi permanent install and hair systems for tightening and realignments you are reminded via email for a suggestion on when you are due, however this is up to yourself on your own comfort and lifestyle choices.

Washing your Hair system:

Washing your Hair system is so easy, you can even go to your local salon if you wish. Just make the stylist aware of the hair system, so they are not too rough when shampooing. Please use sulphate free products, you can still have a deep conditioning treatment if you feel the ends are dry. When washing your hair system you can scrub away when shampooing, just bear in mind not to rough. Apply the products in a downwards motion from top to bottom. With you conditioner this is to be applied from mid to ends and comb through the conditioner. Make sure all products are thoroughly rinsed out to prevent any build up underneath the mesh as that can cause itching.

Styling your Hair system:

Styling your Hair system is just the same as washing, you can go to your local salon if you wish. Just make the stylist aware of the hair system, so they are not pulling to hard when blow drying. You can leave your Hair system to naturally dry or blow dry, curl and straighten them. The drying process you will find takes longer, rough dry your hair 80% and the section by section finish with your brush.This hair is 100% Human Hair, if you wish to colour it you can but please beware of bleaching, it can shorten the life span of the hair. Uniquely You is not responsible for your actions on colouring hair pieces, this is down to yourself.

Washing your Hair pieces:
Your pieces are to be hand washed, please do not put them in the washing machine or tumble dryer. When washing your hair pieces, use sulphate free shampoo and conditioner. Brush your hair piece before washing, using a detangle brush or wide comb to get out any knots, over load of product. Always brush from the bottom upwards, section by section. Apply and work the shampoo in a downwards motions, from top to bottom. Conditioning from mid to ends, in the same application as shampooing, remember little is more with product. If you feel the ends are a little dry from product and heat tools, leave on for 5 mins. Make sure all products are  thoroughly rinsed out.

Styling your Hair pieces:

Styling your hairpieces are so easy, either leave them to dry naturally or blow dry, curl and straighten them. This hair is 100% Human Hair, if you wish to colour it you can but please beware of bleaching, it can shorten the life span of the hair. Uniquely You is not responsible for your actions on colouring hair pieces, this is down to yourself.

Deposits for bookings:

Certain services require a 50% deposit and these services are listed below. This amount will be deducted from your final payment. The deposit will be clearly stated on your invoice. This deposit will be forfeited if the booking is not cancelled 48hrs before the service to due. It will also be lost if you fail to show for an appointment.

Travel Charges:

If you are outside of our service area there is a small travel fee, this fee will be clearly stated on your quotation.

We will always treat customer communication with politeness, kindness and honesty. In support of this, we will not respond to rude, aggressive or violent communication.
